Dragon Day 2023

This celebration was held with great success in Balmoral. Dragon dances, food stalls, cultural and dance performances and much more made for a fantastic and fun day! This event was jointly funded by the Dominion Road Business Association, the Balmoral Chinese Business Association alongside the Albert-Eden Local Board.
