Jared Diprose is a local artist/maker, is part of the Crave Collective, and makes cruiser boards out of recycled timbers. This project, 'The Neighbourhood Confessional', was a temporary art installation where a small confession booth, the kind you would see in the movies or in a religious setting, was put in a public/non-religious space just before Christmas 2017. People came into this 'Neighbourhood Confessional' and were invited to 'get stuff off their chests' that they have been holding onto for sometime. Hopefully they experienced a greater sense of peace at this busy time of the year.
